We typically process orders within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). For items marked made-to-order, please allow up to 10 working days for our artisans to prepare your piece with care. Everything will be shipped together once ready.

Free worldwide shipping is available on orders over $100.
The shipping bar on your cart page will automatically track your order total and display your free shipping eligibility. Currency is also converted automatically based on your IP location.
Note: Free shipping can be combined with discount codes. However, after applying a discount, your order total may fall below the free shipping threshold. Please double-check your total at checkout.

Exact shipping rates and delivery times depend on your location. For most regions worldwide, delivery takes approximately 5–12 business days after fulfillment. You can enter your shipping address at checkout to view detailed rates and estimated arrival times.

We strive to ensure your package arrives safely and on time. However, once an order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost items.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@awakeneddays.com with photos, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
