If your order includes custom-sized items, it will typically be processed within 3 business days. For ready-made items, processing takes just 1 business day. Shipping usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.

- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. For countries outside the United States and Canada, delivery typically takes 5–20 business days, depending on the destination. Customs duties and taxes are already included in the international shipping rate, so there are no surprise fees upon delivery.
Important: When placing an international order, please provide your address in English to ensure safe and accurate delivery.
- How can I track my order?
