This full in-house process allows us to select only the finest materials, shape every detail with intention, and ensure that the finished piece reflects our vision without compromise.

Design
Every creation begins with a hand-drawn sketch, where proportion, symmetry, and flow are refined before a single material is touched. This stage defines the character of the piece, ensuring harmony between form and function while setting the foundation for flawless craftsmanship.
Stone Matching & Metal Preparation
Stones are calibrated for size and symmetry before the metal components are fabricated. The metal is alloyed, rolled, and formed to the exact tolerances required for a secure, custom fit.
Setting
Using specialized tools, artisans seat each stone within its mount, applying uniform pressure to avoid damage while achieving optimal light return. Prongs, bezels, or channels are adjusted under magnification for both security and aesthetics.
Final Polishing & Quality Control
Multiple stages of polishing remove every micro-scratch, followed by ultrasonic and steam cleaning. Under 10× magnification, we inspect every joint, edge, and setting, ensuring smoothness, stability, and a flawless mirror finish before it leaves our workshop.
